Floyd Norman made history when he stepped on the Disney lot 58 years ago as the studio's first African American animator. He's been a Disney writer and storyboarder on everything from "The Jungle Book" to "Mulan" and everything in between. He maintains a fascinating blog, and now a documentary based on his autobiography and reflection on his time spent at Disney is soon to be released.
